The Five Elements- Personality Types

My name is Wood. I am the leader of the pack! I am strong and fearless. It really wouldn’t matter if I was big or small, I would still be the boss. I do well under pressure, and I love to win. I am a rule maker and I expect my family to follow these rules. Sometimes I change the rules, but I still expect everyone to follow them! My family loves my confidence. They sometimes describe me as a bit demanding and impatient. When I am stressed, I can easily become irritable or angry. My family says that if I were to have a job, I would be a great General. 

My name is Fire. I would describe myself as very social, playful and charismatic. I have a beautiful voice and I love to use it often. When people visit my home, I make sure that they hear and see me at all times because I know they came over to see me. My family says I get a bit over excited, and they sometimes have a difficult time calming me down, but this is just because I am so passionate. I will admit I can sometimes be overly sensitive, and I can blow things out of proportion. My family says that if I were to get a job, I would be a great Empress because I can be very persuasive and easily inspire others. 

My name is Earth. I am laid back and easy going. My family describes me as humble, sweet, and easily satisfied. They also tell me that I am very loyal. Being with my family is one of my favorite things. My other favorite things is food! If there is ever a conflict in the family, I do my best to keep the peace and help reestablish harmony. When I get stressed, I tend to worry and sometimes this can lead to tummy upset. My family says that if I had a human job, I would be a great healer. 

My name is Metal. I love rules, structure and order! I highly respect authority. My family describes me as well disciplined, confident and consistent. When I have a job to do, I often ask myself how I can do my job more efficiently. My personal standards are set very high, and I like to be polished and well groomed. I am comfortable in social settings, but I also don’t feel the need to be in social groups. Strangers often describe me as aloof. My family says that if I had a human job, I would be a judge. 

My name is Water. I am quiet, but a great observer. I am also a deep thinker and a very skillful planner. When visitors come to my home, I will run and hide until they leave. I have difficulty with trust, and I am afraid of quite a few things, but my family is very supportive and loves me for who I am! When I am stressed, I tend to quickly emotionally withdraw. My family says that if I were to have a human job, I would be a great philosopher!
