EUTHANASIA                    $395

Includes a quality-of-life evaluation, appropriate comfort care medication to allow pet to fall asleep, followed by compassionate euthanasia once your pet is asleep. A paw print impression is available (no additional cost) and lock of fur if desired.  Additional paw prints available for a small fee*

Should you require assistance with cremation services, there are additional costs for varied cremation services based on your preference and patient weight.

IN- HOME HOSPICE CONSULTATION     $425

This includes a thorough quality of life evaluation, discussion of disease, prognosis & signs and symptoms to watch for.  Evaluation for signs of pain, anxiety, and treatment plan to optimize quality of life specific to families' needs.  Appropriate medications and dietary plans may be scripted out. 

IN- HOME HOSPICE CONSULTATION INCL INITIAL  INTEGRATIVE TREATMENT PLAN FORMATION (Acupuncture ,Tui-NA etc).                                                               $425

This includes a thorough quality of life evaluation, discussion of disease, prognosis & signs & symptoms to watch for.  Evaluation for signs of pain, anxiety. Eastern modalities will be discussed in detail and a recommended integrative treatment plan to optimize quality of life specific to families' need will be formulated.
 

Typically a 60 min in person consultation to review progress and alter any treatment plans/ adjust medications.

A Virtual appointment with one of our doctors, to go over how to monitor quality of life,  general questions and concerns that do not require a physical exam.The patient's medical history and veterinary records will be reviewed by our doctor ahead of time, so that the session can be spent more effectively and better tailored to your current concerns. Medications can not be prescribed without an in-person exam within the past 6 months with one of our doctors.

INDIVIDUAL CREMATION -

Pets1 1- 20 pounds    $225

Pets 21- 60 pounds        $300

Pets 61-99 pounds         $325

Pets 100 - 149 pounds   $350

 Your pet is cremated individually at one of two local crematories we use. The funeral home used will be the discretion of the doctor seeing your fur kid and which is most convenient. Both are amazing and respectful. The standard urn is a gorgeous wooden urn with cherry blossom carvings. Your pet's urn will come with an engraved nameplate and can be delivered to your primary veterinarian or picked up at the crematory, one being in Virginia Beach, the other in Suffolk.

COMMUNAL CREMATION

Pets 1- 20 pounds   $175

Pets 21-60 pounds      $200

Pets 61 - 99 pounds    $225

Pets 100 - 149 pounds $250

Pets 150 pounds +- Will be quoted 

Should you not desire your pet's ashes returned, a communal cremation may be most appropriate, allowing your pets ashes to be scattered respectfully. 

Pets are respectfully cremated with other pets at a licensed crematory and ashes are scattered in a memorial garden. 

ADDITIONAL FEES

Fees will apply for extended travel, holidays, after hours/emergency.

Afterhours fees/ work-in -$50-100

Cancellation (less than 2 hour notice) -$75

- We understand things come up, and while it is extremely rare for us to enforce this policy, please understand that last minute cancellations are too short of a notice for us to be able to assist another family.

Shipping of urn - $35-$50 (via certified mail if picking up from regular vet or Funeral home is not an option)
