EUTHANASIA                    $485

Includes a quality-of-life evaluation, appropriate comfort care medication to allow pet to fall asleep, followed by compassionate euthanasia once your pet is asleep. A paw print impression is available (no additional cost) and lock of fur if desired.  Additional paw prints available for a small fee*

Should you require assistance with cremation services, there are additional costs for varied cremation services based on your preference and patient weight.

IN- HOME HOSPICE CONSULTATION     $525

This includes a thorough quality of life evaluation, discussion of disease, prognosis & signs and symptoms to watch for.  Evaluation for signs of pain, anxiety, and treatment plan to optimize quality of life specific to families' needs.  Appropriate medications and dietary plans may be scripted out. 

Typically a 60 min in person consultation to review progress and alter any treatment plans/ adjust medications.

A Virtual appointment with one of our doctors, to go over how to monitor quality of life,  general questions and concerns that do not require a physical exam.The patient's medical history and veterinary records will be reviewed by our doctor ahead of time, so that the session can be spent more effectively and better tailored to your current concerns. Medications can not be prescribed without an in-person exam within the past 6 months with one of our doctors.

 Your pet is cremated Privately at In Memoriam Pet Services, who offers compassionate pet cremation and memorial services. The standard urn is a gorgeous wooden urn with cherry blossom carvings. You will be given the option to select a different or custom urn of your choosing our  additional meaningful memorial items directly through their family friendly portal. 

COMMUNAL CREMATION

Pets 1- 20 pounds   $200

Pets 21-60 pounds  $220

Pets 61 - 99 pounds $250

Pets 100 - 149 pounds $290

Afterhours fees/ work-in -$100-150

Cancellation -$100- We understand things come up, and while it is extremely rare for us to enforce this policy, please understand that last minute cancellations are too short of a notice for us to be able to assist another family.

Shipping of urn - $75 (via certified mail if picking up from Funeral home is not an option) 

For families who choose communal cremation, your beloved pet is cremated alongside other cherished animal companions. While individual ashes are not returned, the remains are treated with great care and respect.  Ashes are scattered on a private property memorial garden in the area.
